From early co-operation to joint success.
From the power of value creation
During the period from development to production there is the opportunity for holistic project management. Here the lead on the competition can also be built-in, so to speak. Technical competence, innovative potential, visionary and commercial thinking flow into the product.
Early involvement in projects
Engineering is a central pillar of our competence. The early involvement of our specialists makes a significant contribution to saving costs and time. Concept planning, detail planning, realisation and monitoring are valuable instruments we use. Ultimately the issue is cost optimisation and cost-effectiveness. The fruits of our development work are also a multitude of patents. The process mostly starts with the chat with us.
Precision and co-ordination
When glittering sequins experience a comeback in the world of fashion and world markets focus on this trend, this situation is also due to our production. As it is the numerous applications for our machines that actually make these innovative technologies possible. In relation to production in Diepoldsau: while in the past people performed a single action, often sweat-soaked and not without risk, today highly specialised high-tech equipment and robots perform several functions simultaneously. Semi-automation is further increasing. Our employees can work more efficiently and in a more co-ordinated manner. The outcome is that production can be increased.
From the raw material to the high-tech machine
Around 15 metric tonnes of raw material are supplied per day. The raw material is cut, prepared and passes through further stations with an optimised material flow (sawmill, fitter's shop, LaserCut, CNC forming) to shipment of the completed machine by lorry. 95% of the machines are exported to the Middle and Far East.
