The embroidery threads (needle and shuttle side) are automatically cut during the embroidery process using self-sharpening maintenance-free knives of solid design.

Multi Drive
The ground-breaking feature of the Multi Drive is the drive technology: multiple cam drives and an oscillating mass reduced by around 70 percent result in the significantly more precise movement of the embroidery tools. Shuttle Stop Device SSL
With the shuttle stop device (SSL) the shuttles are switched on or off like the needles. The familiar problem of chaffing and soiling of the shuttle thread on fabric with repeat change goods is solved as a consequence. Individual colours can then be embroidered as long as necessary without limitation. The machine is quiet because the stopped shuttles (SSL) are not running at the same time.
